In late July 2026 we hope to hike the loop trail known as “The Peaks of the Balkans”. We will be starting and finishing at Theth, Albania. We probably won’t do the northern section in Kosovo (north of Milishevc), but plan to include a couple of side trips: to the peak of Gjeravica and the Volusnica Loop Hike, Prokletije National Park, Montenegro, near Skala. All up, about 170km.
